How Are Affiliate Commissions Paid?

• Affiliate reports are run at the end of each calendar month
• Payments are made the first week of the following calendar month (commissions earned in January are paid out first week of February)
• All commissions are paid out via the Paypal address you submitted in your profile
• Payments are made in US Dollars
• You must fill out the required W-8 or W-9 Form and submit to [email protected]
• You are solely responsible for declaring any taxes owing to your government
• Buy signing up as an affiliate you are agreeing to the Affiliate Agreement in full
