As a Professional member of OnPoint Mentors, you can use your profile homepage as your website. You can either give clients your OnPoint Mentors profile URL or you can you can have your own domain redirected to your profile homepage. If you would like for us to set it up for you, there will be additional fees involved. 

Many of our OnPoint Mentors have expertise in both Business and Life categories. To be listed in both categories, we charge a directory listing fee of $97/mo (which is why the Founder's price is so attractive with the inclusion of the virtual office and the profile homepage.)

Our platform is very well suited for small 1-on-1 conversations or meetings with small groups. we suggest no more than 6 participants during a meeting in your virtual office (soft limit). 

Considering the connection between the participants is peer-to-peer, it depends on the stability of each participant's internet connection to ensure a quality meeting.

Tip: you can toggle off video at any time to de-stress the connection and increase the conversation quality.

How many participants are allowed in a meeting with only audio conferencing?

There is no hard limit on the amount of participants in a meeting room. So if you're only using audio conferencing, which means your internet connection is less stressed, you can have more than 6 participants in a meeting.

But be advised: the conversation quality depends on all other participant's connections!

Yes, for a fee since our staff have to manually change the templates. Only the color, however, can be changed.

We welcome mentors and consultants with as many certifications as possible! By listing all your certifications on your profile page within the Expertise or the About Me section, potential clients will be able to see your qualifications upfront and are more likely to hire you to consult with them. 

Absolutely! If you have the "My Virtual Office" or only joined as a "Starter Mentor", we encourage you to upgrade to Professional Mentor where potential clients can learn more about your services and what you have to offer in a professional, modern homepage. 

OnPoint Mentors is currently looking into adding a webinar platform to our Professional Membership. This feature is definitively coming soon. 

Yes. Building an email list is good to have as part of your marketing strategy.

Don't worry! OnPoint Mentors will teach you how to create courses and sell your expertise. We will even house your content on our site for you! It's that easy. We will be holding regular ongoing workshops for course creation within our OnPoint Mentors Business Academy for an additional course fee. 

We like to feature the top 3 courses on any homepage to prevent client overwhelm. Should you desire to swap them out to refresh your content, there will be an additional fee, but it can be done. 

No problem! That's what our OnPoint Mentors Business Academy is here for! We can teach you how to get your social presence out there and which platforms you should be on for your business. 

We recommend putting your top 3 blogs  or articles which have the highest traction for your brand onto your Professional profile homepage. Changing out your blogs will incur a fee. 

OnPoint Mentors receives an industry standard of 50% affiliate commission for courses housed on your Professional profile homepage.

Yes. Your client will have access to his or her room even if the coach is not present. You are able to revoke access at anytime. 

If you would like to have the OnPoint Mentors certification badge, you will have to complete the OnPoint Mentors certification course. 

We encourage mentors who have training from other organizations. You are able to put your other credentials in the Expertise section or the About Me section. To be able to earn an OnPoint Mentors badge, you must have taken the OnPoint Mentors certification course. 

The Business or Life Academy Certifications are interchangeable. We only softly separate the two Academies so people are more easily able to find a mentor they are looking for in the area they need mentoring in. 

We will have a portal for the two communities: 1) Mentor-to-Mentor and 2) Mentor-to-Client available online. Keep an eye out on the schedule for Live Workshops, Mastermind Groups and Conferences. 

Webinar scheduling will be offered soon once we get the mentor community established. If we get enough requests to hold webinars, we will make them available. 

The Starter Profile is a simple "Index Card" with the basic information you see on the example. The Professional Profile not only will give you a beautiful, modern profile homepage, but will also allow you to be found via our Mentor Directory when someone searches for your expertise. You are able to sell your courses, upload your 3 most popular articles, an introduction video, links to your social media, ability to showcase your media presence and so much more. 

In order for OnPoint Mentors to be able to market the website effectively, we take an industry standard of 50% affiliate commission on all courses sold through our site. 

If you have been chosen to become a Faculty Mentor and a certification badge given out to attendees, your course must be uploaded onto our site with our OnPoint branding. We provide a master powerpoint template for you to upload your course onto. Because your course will be featured as a Profession Badge, your course will get much more visibility as part of the OnPoint Certification. 

Research has shown that clients prefer to purchase a course through a large organization versus an independent, solo consultant. If you want to have your course certifiable as an OnPoint Mentors recommended course, you will have to house them in the OnPoint Mentors portal. 

OnPoint Mentors is headquartered in the United States. Clients are able to purchase via credit card or PayPal. 

Simply posting your course with a link to your website onto your profile page is included in your annual Professional Profile homepage. If you would like to house the course on our platform, there will be an additional cost unless your course has been approved to be an OnPoint Mentors certifiable course. If clients find your course via the marketing efforts of OnPoint Mentors, we receive an industry standard affiliate fee of 50%. 

Your first three blogs/articles on your Professional Profile Homepage is included with the Professional Membership. If you would like to change out the blogs, there will be a nominal fee to do so. 

Including the link to your podcast is included with the Professional Mentors Homepage. 

If you have expertise in a certain niche, you can apply to join OnPoint Mentors. Upon taking our Coaching Level 1 Certification course, you can become a Certified Level I Coach on OnPoint Mentors. 

Within OnPoint Mentors, there will be Topic Badges and Profession Certification Badges. Topic Badges are individual courses covering a certain topic, whereas a Profession Certification Badge will consist of multiple Topic Badges.

No. Your meeting rooms are completely private. We are unable to access your client's information. If they subscribe to our newsletter, we are able to include them in our standard email mailouts.

Our calendar function has all the same functions as most calendar services out there. We encourage you to check to make sure we have all the functions you require before canceling any of your existing tools. 

If you have a Stripe account, you are able to collect payment directly from your clients from the virtual office that OnPoint Mentors provides you.

A discount will be offered to all Founding Members at any of our upcoming events. Most of our masterminds, case discussions, etc. will be led by the mentors on this platform. This will be another opportunity for mentors to sell their expertise.

Yes, at some point we will be in Toronto. We are planning our first live conference in Boulder, Colorado in 2021, depending upon the Covid-19 situation and whether they will be allowing large gatherings to take place.
