We literally put together a virtual office that pretty much acts like a real office. Clients can schedule to meet with you according to your calendar and time zone. You can choose to have an open door policy where people can pop in and out, or people can "knock" to be let into your private office. You can even create a separate meeting room for each client where you can leave your files and documents in to pick up where you left off. Best of all, clients are able to easily pay you for your services either before or after meeting.

Calendar Scheduling and Meeting Room Generation
You can easily schedule meetings with new or existing clients. Connect your calendar and your clients will be able to easily book a time to meet with you.
Leave your scheduling on autopilot. You can add buffer times in between appointments, create public or private appointment types, and so much more. The calendar even automatically detects time zones so you don't have to.
When a client books a meeting, a new meeting room is generated just for that client. You can use the same meeting room over and over for that specific client and store all the documents and recordings in the "room" for both parties to see (clients cannot see your private notes however). No need to save information outside the room to get lost.
Accept Payments When a Client Schedules a Meeting
Connect your Stripe account to your virtual office.
Once you're connected, you can choose which appointment types require payment. Set the amount, currency and your payment policy and start collecting payment immediately.
You can even accept payments right when a client schedules a meeting to ensure you are always paid for your time.
